The Court, having reviewed Plaintiff Prison Legal News’ Amended Motion
for Attorney Fees and Expenses, and determining that plaintiff is the prevailing
party in this matter, and it appearing that defendant does not oppose this motion,
and the rates and expense amounts sought therein appearing to the Court to be
just and reasonable and appropriate, plaintiff’s motion is granted and judgment is
awarded to plaintiff for statutory attorney fees and related nontaxable expenses
as follows:
-for Bruce Plenk, 285.7 hours at $200 per hour, for a total of $57,140.00;
-for Maxwell Kautsch, 55 hours at $100.00 per hour for a total of $5500.00
-for paralegal work, 2 hours at $60.00 per hour, for a total of $120.00.
Plaintiff is awarded judgment of $62,760.00 as attorney fees plus related

nontaxable expenses of $4128.75 and costs of $2422.07 for a total judgment of
$69310.82.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
