Prisoner Denied Workers' Compensation for Injury In State Community Job

The Missouri Court of Appeals affirmed the denial of state prisoner Weldon
Richard's workers' compensation claim for a fall he suffered while
trimming trees in a community prison job. Richard filed a claim for
benefits with the State Labor and Industrial Relations Commission for the
