Oregon Cop Sued for On-duty Forced Fellatio
On at least two occasions in 2010, Beaverton police officer Joshua Michael Jensen, 27, arranged to meet a prostitute while on duty and showed up in police uniform and a marked car.
In June, 2010, Jensen pleaded guilty to prostitution, official misconduct and coercion. He was sentenced to two and a half years in prison but completed an early release program and was released on November 3, 2011, according to Elizabeth Craig, an Oregon Department of Corrections spokeswoman. Jensen is not required to register as a sex offender because he was not charged with a sex crime.
In June, 2012, one of the women Jensen solicited for sex brought federal suit, alleging that he forced her to perform oral sex behind a parking lot trash bin. She is suing Jensen and the City of Beaverton for $49,999, according the suit.
We will report on any significant developments in the case.
