State of Washington DOC Settles Personal Injury Tort Claim for $12,000
Details are sketchy in the tort claim form filed by Patricia Henderson Lindsey. When asked to describe injury or damages, she wrote, “Ford Expedition, Chevy Corssica, doublewide home, mental health, house furnishings and personal belongings. Physical health, money and two very dear pets (dogs) all took away from me.”
The incident occurred on February 5, 2007 and was settled on June 18, 2008. Lindsey was represented by Seattle attorney Peter T. Deisnes. See: State of Washington Office of Financial Management Risk Management Division, Tort Claim No. 31063001.
