CALIFORNIA STATE PRISON - SOLANO CORRECTIVE ACTION PLAN FOR CSA AUDIT 2005 Page 1 of 1 DATE: JANUARY 2006 Monthly work area safety inspections are not being documented A memorandum will be issued to all Division Heads directing that work area inspections be completed and documented monthly. COMPLETED 2. Pg. 9 3. Pg.15 The In-Service Training Manager is not Chief Deputy attending the monthly pay day safety Warden meeting. The InMService Training manager will be directed to attend the safety meeting. Staff reported that some radio batteries Correctional do not hold a charge for more than two Captain hours. CSP-Solano took delivery of approximately 400 February 2006 new radio batteries on January 9, 2006. Armory staff is currently scribing and color coding the batteries so they can be put into service.
