Britton~ CV92-H-1397, (N.D.AL). In this case the inmate claims that he was transferred in retaliation to a civil action he had previously filed in the Northern District of Alabama and that the transfer, while officially medical in nature, was in fact to remove him from the jurisdiction of the court. Trial is set for April 14, 1993 in the case of Fuentes v. Rutledge, 90 - N ~ 1 1 97 - S , ( N • D . AL. ).
