CONTRACT ADDENDUM BETWEEN
THE GLYNN COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE
AND
PAY TEL COMMUNICATIONS, INC.

Pursuant to the contract for telephone services by and between the Glynn County Sheriffs Office and Pay Tel
Commun ications. Inc. executed on August 15. 2014. and extended on September 15. 2015, and again on March
29. 20 17, August 30, 2021 . and May 3, 2022, the Glynn County Sheriff' s Office hereby agrees to amend the
current contract ending June 30. 2027 to include Video Visitation and to include a technology grant.
Commissions will change as noted below. Call rates will remain in full compliance with applicable Georgia
PSC and FCC regulations. The following additional terms are hereby added :

inteleVISJ'f'Tll: In consideration for the exclusive right to provide inmate video visitation services; Pay Tel will
provide. at no cost to Glynn County Sheritrs Office a comprehensive video visitation solution. as further
described in Attachment A. This solution will be deployed on or before January 31 . 2024.

Technology Grant: Pay Tel will provide Glynn County Sheriffs Office with a one-time technology grant in
the amount of $160,000 toward the purchase of equipment or technology selected by the Sheriffs Office. The
technology grant will be funded within 30 days following the execution of this Addendum .
Commission: Pay Tel will provide Glynn County Sheriffs Office with a 25% commission on remote video
visitation revenue. Commission paid on phone revenue will be adjusted to 64% effective with the first full
month following execution of this Addendum .
Signatures affixed hereto indicate both parties are in agreement to expand the services provided for the
remainder of the Contract term as specified herein.
