A final rating of Acceptable has been assigned. A Plan of Action dated March 5,2008 has been received to correct the deficiency noted in the Food Service standard The Review Authority concurs with the Plan of Action. This review is closed. The rating was based on the Reviewer-In-Charge (RIC) Summary Memorandum and supporting documentation. The Field Office Director must now initiate the following actions in accordance with the Detention Management Control Program (DMCP): 1) The Field Office Director, Detention and Removal Operations, shall notify the filcility within five business days of~ipt of this memorandum. Notification shall include copies of the Fonn CC-324A, Detention Facility Review Form, theCC-324A Worksheet, RIC Summary Memorandum, and a copy of this memorandum. 2) The Field Office Director shall ensure that the facility complies with its proposed Plan of Action and that the Field Office conducts a follow-up review of the deficiencies identified in the CC324A, Detention Facility Review Form and the RIC Summary Memorandum within 90 days. 3) Headquarters DRO (DSCU) in coordination with the Field Office Director shall schedule the next annual review on or before December 20, 2008 wwwjce.gov FOR OFFICIAL USE ONLY (LAW ENFORCEMENT SENSITIVE) SUBJECT: Otero County Prison Annual Detention Review -------------Page-2 ------- --------.-. --- -.---.-- --.-.- -_.__ H. ___ • _ _ ••• _ •• ___ • _______ • _ _•____________, _ _ _• _ _ _ _ • __ _ The Field Office is responsible for assisting the Intergovernmental Service Agreement (IGSA) facility to respond to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement findings when assistance is requested.
