Corrective Plan: Corizon management has developed a plan to notify of non-formulary within 48 hours. Units are to
scan request to a email set up special for non-formulary request. Management is to send the answer back to mail
boxes set up for the response. Will monitor this for our units at Safford and re-evaluate if this plan works by August
31, 2013.
