DOC 450.100 Mail for Offenders

Effective immediately, Unauthorized Mail, Attachment 1 to DOC 450.100 Mail for
Offenders and DOC 05-525 Mail Restriction Notice are being updated. The following
item was removed from the Unauthorized Mail list:
Mail containing more than 10 newspaper clippings or email/internet printouts per
envelope, or the newspaper clipping or email/internet printout violates any criteria
established in this policy and/or the facility operational memorandum.
