INVESTIGATNE RESULTS: In the course oftbis investigation facts mentioned in the notes and letters
were examined and investigated for any ties to AC Cook Laura Gilbert the results are as follows:

•

In a note taken from I/M-""roperty (see attachment 6) an Arabian Horse is mentioned
along with many factsth~~own to the layman about that type of horse. A Check of
the National Arabian Horse Association showed the horse to belong to a Jamie Jacques of Port
Orchard Washington. A site visit was made to the address of the horse according to the registry
and was informed by a male at the ranch that the horse had been sold to a lady working at the
prison but that if I called his girlfriendshe could tell me more. A call was placed to

OK, HERE IT IS AND BY THE WAY, THANK YOU FOR GIVING ME THE OPPORTUNITY TO
EXPLAIN MYSELF TO YOU. MOST PEOPLE PROBABLY WOULD HAVE SAID "F" "{y'. FIRST
OF ALL, AND MOST IMPORTANT WHEN I TELL SOMEONE I LOVE THEM, IT MEANS
FOREVER I DON'T SUDDENLY STOP WHEN SHIT HITS THE FAN. SO, DON'T EVER, EVER
THINKTHATI DON'T LOVE YOU ANYMORE, BECAUSE,
I DON'T LOVE VERY OFTEN. IN FACT MOST PEOPLE SEEMTO LOVE SO FREELYTHAT IT
DOESN'T SEEM SO SACRED. THAT JUST ISN'T MY STYLE.
I WANT TO TELL YOU THAT I HEARD HORRIBLE RUMORS OF YOU AND "C"F" AND WAS
A FOOL AND LOOKED STUPID FOREVEN BEING NEAR you. I HEARD ALLKINDS OF
STATEMENTS OF YOU AND "HER" IN HER ROOM AND SOMEONE TOLD YOU THATYOU
SHOULD WASH UP AFTERWARDS AND YOU SUPPOSEDLY SAID"THAT WAS SOME GOOD
PUSSY" AND THEN PLAYED CARDS WITH YOU'RE FRIENDS. NO, THIS WASN'T "MY LITTLE
FRIEND" THAT TOLD ME TIllS EITHER. THIS PERSON WAS A SHORTBLACKPERSON. I JUST
HEARD SO MUCH AND THE FACT THAT YOU GOT SO DEFENSIVE WAS A RED LIGHTTO ME.
I JUST FIGURED YOU GOT TIRED OF"WAlTlNG" ON SOMEONE LIKEME. SO, THE REASON I
TURNED MY HEAD WHEN I SAW YOU IS BECAUSE I WAS "DISGUSTED" AND HURT. THIS
WAS THE ONLY REASON, I WANTED TO FORGET I EVERLOVED you. BUT, DURING THIS '
TIME I NEVERSTOPPED LOVING you. I JUSTKEPT ON THINKING, WHAT DIDN'T [ DO
RIGHT? BESIDES, EVERY OTHER RELATIONSHIP TURNED OUT THIS WAY, BUT, AT THE
SAME TIME I JUSTDIDN'T WANT TO BELIEVE IT, THE WAY I FELT ABOUT YOU WAS LIKE
NOTHINGEVER BEFORE, I KNEW ITWAS REAL, SO, I KEPT DENYING THE CRAP,
AFTER A WHILE, OFFICERS THAT WORKED IN THE GYM TOLD ME THAT YOU TOLD
THEM OF OUR RELATIONSHIP, I GOT SO FREAKED OUT, I MEAN, ME IN MY POSITION,
REALLY, THINK ABOUT IT. I FREAKED AND JUST WAS SO TIRED OF ALL THE LIES AND
RUMORS THATI WOULD HAVE DONE ANYTHING TO GET THEM OFF OF OUR BACKS, I
WOULD GO HOME AND CRY, I DIDN'T KNOW WHAT TO DO, I COULDN'T GET ADVICE FROM
ANYONE, THEN, ONE DAY "MYLITTLE FRIEND" TOLD ME SHE WAS SORRY FOR ALL THE
PROBLEMS SHEHAD CAUSED MEIN THE PAST. [ WAS VERY STANDOFFISH BUT ACCEPTED
HER APOLOGY AFTER SOMETIME, I WAS VERY CAUTIOUS BUT, I AM WILLING TO FORGIVE
A PERSON, WE BEGAN TO TALK AND SHEEXPRESSED SOME ISSUES ABOUTHER HUSBAND
ANDDAUGHTER AND J BECAME ANEAR AND WAS FOR SOMETIME, (I NEVER LIED TO YOU
ABOUT THAT) AS I TOLD YOU BEFORE, AS WE TALKED, I BEGAN TO THINK THAT MAYBE
THIS WAS A GOOD IDEABECAUSE "WE" WERE SO SICK OF THE RUMORS OF US THAT TIllS
MlGHT TAKE SOME "HEAT' OFF OF US, (AS I TOLD YOU), I DIDN'T LIE ABOUTTHIS, AS
TIME WENTBY SHE BEGAN TO PLAY HER"GAMES" AND I WAS STUPID FOR NOT GETIING
OUT OF THE SITUATION, SHE BEGAN TO APPROACH ME AND I WOULD SAY NO, TIME &
TIME AGAlN. SHEWOULD ASK MEIF YOU AND I WERE TOGETHER AND I WOULD TELL
HER THAT WE HAD FEELINGS FOREACH OTHER AND THAT YOU WERE VERY PASSIONATE
TOWARDS ME, FARMORE THAN SHE WAS, THATDEFINETLYBOTHEREDHER AND I

YOU AND I KNOW SHE SAID SOME THINGS TO YOU AND TRIED TO PICK F1GHTS WITH YOU
AND I AM SO SORRY FOR ALL OFTHIS, I KNEW YOU COULD HANDLE IT. GOD, WAS IA
FOOL. EVERYTHING WENT TO HELL ANDI DIDN'T KNOW W HAT TO DO SHE WOULD'T
LEAVE YOtPk'JQNE FOR NOTHING ANDBELIEVE THAT SHE COULD DO WHAT SHE
WANTED WITHOUT GETTING INTO ANY TROUBLE AT ALL. SHE BECAME SO POSESSIVE
AND I COULD SEE NO END TO IT, THE WHOLE TIME I NEVER STOPPED THINKINGOF YOU
AND WHAT YOU WERE THINKING, I TRIED TO SPEAK TO YOU AND EVERY TIME I TURNED
AROUND SHE WAS THREATENING TO HURT you. SHEBECAME SO INFATUATED WITH ME
THAT I WAS DESPERATE TO END THE SITUATION, SHE BEGANTO TALK ABOUT MEETING
WITH ME WHEN SHE GOT OUT, THIS FREAKED ME OUT. BUT THE THREATS BEGAN AND I

ABOUTTHIS WHOLE THING EVEN THOUGH "I NEVER CHEATED ON YOU" MOST
IMPORTANTLY" I NEVEREVER CHEATED ON YOU WITHMY HEART' MY HEART HAS
ALWAYS BELONGED TO you. 1MNOT USING YOU ORANYBODY FOR ANY REASON. I JUST
CAME TO MY SENSES AND REALIZED THAT YOU ARE AN INCREDIBLE WOMANTHAT

I AM ONLY SEEINGWHAT A FOOLISH PERSONI AM IF I DON'T TELL YOU NOW HOW MUCH
I LOVE YOU AND WILL ALWAYS LOVE YOU FOR1BE REST OFMY LIFE, YA KNOW, I CAN
SEE IT IN YOU'RE EYES, AND"WE" KNOW THAT IT WOULD BE THE BIGGEST MISTAKE OF
OUR LIVES TO LEAVE EACH OTHER NOW. I AMWILLING TO DO WHATEVER IT TAKES TO

U. l' C@izr HEART AND SO CAN YOU. ADMIT IT. I NOW KNOW THAT IF YOU STOP LOVING ME
THAT I WILLNEVERLOVEANYONE EVER AGAIN BECAUSE I WILL LIVE WITH THAT
FOOLISH MISTAKE FOR THEREST OF MY LIFE, KNOWING THAT THE CAUSE WAS ME AND
MY STIJPIDITY. I DESERVE AU.. OF THE DIRTY LOOKS FROM "CF" AND YOU CAN TELL HER
THAT. BUT, I AM 1BE SAME SWEET PERSON WHO YOU FELL IN LOVE WITH SINCETHE
DAY WEMET. I BELIEVETHAT THE WHOLE PROBLEM IS PEOPLE INVADING OUR

Hi, sweetheart. I know you got my lust note yesterday. I'm quite sure it put
a smile on your face and then some. When I write to you it just flows and the
truth about you and I and how r feel just comes out. You know what? When I
saw you yesterday at breakfast, god, how do I put it into words? Why is it
every time I see you or you are near me that I seem to lose control inside?
Gosh, if you only knew what you do to me. Whenever 1 see you or you are
near me I become so turned on by you, 1mean something happens to me that
I can't explain. Do you know what r mean? I think you do. r wish I could
just walk up to you and wrap my arms around you and look into your
beautiful eyes and caress your hair and tell you how much I love you. I just
can't stand it, it drives me crazy that I can't show you how I really feeL But, I
know you have a pretty good idea I want totelJ you that, yes r'm> think of the
fact that you have kids. Just because I don't say all of the things maybe r
should doesn't mean I'm not thinking of all of the important things. I sure
would like to meet your kids. I'm sure they are as adorable as you are. 1
forget their names and ages, only because I'm not good with names. I do care
and would like to know Sweetie, I think of a lot of things about you and r
actually am a thinker. I think a lot. I know it's hard to believe, but, I really
am. Thank you for the note, it was sweet as always and was expressive as
always. When I read your notes, r seem to feel all of your words, know what I
mean? So, how are you feeling? are you ok? I'm still worried a bout .you
because of the fact that I hurt you so bad. I'm mad at myself and will be for a
long time. Please don't tell me not to be because it's the. truth and it's just
something I'm going to have to live with for a while. What does c.F. think a
bout all of this? 011, the answer to your question is his name is IT Morificent
but r call him Maury and sometimes Maury Povich. He will be 3 on May 1
ST and he is a Straight Egyptian Arabian gelding. He is a chestnut with a
white star and stands at almost 15.2 hands high. He is very tall for his age
since arabians take quite a while to mature. Did you know that only 3% of
arabians are Straight Egyptian arabians? r was lucky to come across him. I
actually rescued him and he wasn't looking to good. I have been feeding him
Allegra, to fatten him up, its a senior feed that's fattening. What a difference
.it made. He needs work, but r got him to where he is ok to ride, but Tcould
. use some help. I don't have the time to go out their everyday and train him
but, r do give him a lot of love and attention. I need to go now but r won't go
far. Twill always love you, babe. There is no back and forth shit either, I have
always been here waiting on you, it has always been you and no one else. I
have always been committed to you and will always be, its me and you
sweetie. I'm here for you always. Write me, I love you
me .

Hi, sweetie. Thanks for the note. I do realize that you have a life outside ofhere. Whatever it is about
your life or our life that we need to talk about will never Change the way I feel about you, as long as you
aren't doing illegal things around me involving drugs or something which I'm sure you won't be doing, then
it's cool. I love who you are and I can accept "anything" you tell me. So, if you have something you want to
talk to me about then lets talk.. J know we need to talk about things but since I love you then iffrs good or .
bad things then I can accept them no matter what. Wednesday evening is a good time for me. What about you? Same place and time? Let me know, ok. Oh, you said you were scared ofsomething, will you tell me
what it is? I need to know. 1M NOT GOING TO LEAVB YOU OR CHEAT ON YOU. 1M RIGHT HERE.
I'll tell you what I'm afraid of I'm afraid of being left behind or cheated on. But, I'm getting over that and
I'm willing to give it my all and put that fear aside because I love you so much and I know you love me the
same. I can see it in your eyes you know. You know, it bothers me when you say that you are scared
because 1 know that it is my fault and you just don't know how much guilt I feel from this whole thing. No
one is harder on myself than I am. I am very disappointed in myself and I will take some time to get over it.
That's why I didn't deny anything and told you the truth, I knew I was wrong and I was and am willing to
face the consequences. I want to do whatever I have to for you to make it right. You know what? I sure am
happy now that your in my life. I haven't been happy fur months. Are you happy? I hope so. Let me know. I
will see you in a couple-of days. I will be thinking of you the entire time, hoping that you are smiling when
you think of me. TeU5G, hello for me. Oh, by the way did I mention that I love you? Just in case I didn't I

Hi: sweetheart. I know you got my last note yesterday. I' m quite sure it put
a smile on your face and then some. When I write to you it just flows and the
truth about you and I and how I feel JUS! comes out. You know what? When I
saw you yesterday at breakfast, god, bow do I put it into words? Why is it
every time I see you or you are near me that I seem to lose control inside?
Gosh, if you only knew what you do to me. Whenever I see you or you are
near me I become so turned on by you, I mean something happens to me that
I can't explain. Do you know what I mean? I think you do. I wish I could
just walk up to you and wrap my arms around you and look into your
beautiful eyes and caress your hair and tell you how much 1 love you. I just
can't stand it, it drives me crazy that 1 can't show you how I really feel. But, I
know you have a pretty good idea. I want to tell you that, yes I do think of the
fact that you have kids. Just because I don't say all of the things maybe I
should doesn't mean I'm not thinking of all of the important things. I sure
would like to meet your kids. I'm sure they are as adorable as you are. I
forget their names and ages, only because I'm not good with names. I do care
and would like to know. Sweetie, I think of a lot of things about you and I
actually am a thinker. I think a lot. I know it's hard to believe, but, I really
am. Thank you for the note, it was sweet as always and was expressive as
always. When I read your notes, I seem to feel all of your words, know what I
mean? So, how are you feeling? are you ok? I'm still worried a bout you
because of the fact that I hurt you so bad. I'm mad at myself and will be for a
long time. Please don't tell me not to be because it's the truth and it's just
something I'm going to have to live with for a while. What does c.F. think a
bout all of this? Oh, the answer to your question is his name is IT Morificent
but I call him Maury and sometimes Maury Povich. He will be 3 on May 1
ST and he is a Straight Egyptian Arabian gelding. He is a chestnut with a
white star and stands at almost 15.2 hands high. He is very tall for his age
since arabians take quite a while to mature. Did you know that only 3% of
arabians are Straight Egyptian arabians? I was lucky to come across him. I
actually rescued him and he wasn't looking to good. I have been feeding him
Allegra, to fatten him up, its a senior feed that's fattening. What a difference
it made. He needs work, but I got him to where he is ok to ride, but I could
use some help. I don't have the time to go out their everyday and train him
but, I do give him a lot oflove and attention. I need to go now but I won't go
far. I will always love you, babe. There is no back and forth shit either, I have
always been here waiting on you, it has always been you and no one else. I
have always been committed to you and will always be, its me and you
me .
sweetie. I'm here for you always. Write me, I love you

Hi. sweetie. Thanks for the note. J do realize that you have a life outside of here. Whatever it is about
your life or our life that we need to talk about will never change the way I feel about you, as long as you
aren't doing illegal things around me involving drugs or something which I'm sure you won't be doing, then
it's cool. I love who you are and I can accept "anything" you tell me. So, ifyou have something you want to
talk to me about then lets talk. I know we need to talk about things but since I love you then if its good or
bad things then I can accept them DO matter what. Wednesday evening is a good time for me. What about
you? Same place and time? Let me know, ok. 011, you said you were scared of something, will you tell me
what it is? I need to know. 1M NOT GOING TO LEAVE YOU OR CHEAT ON YOu. 1M RIGHT HERE.
1'/1 tel/you what I'm afraid of I'm afraid of being left behind or cheated on. But, I'm getting over that and
I'm willing to give it my all and put that fear aside because I love you so much and I know you love me the
same. I can see it in your eyes you know: You know. it bothers me when you say that you are scared
because I know that it is my fault and you just don't know how much guilt I feel from this whole thing. No
one is harder on myselfthan I am. I am very disappointed in myself and I will take some time to get over it.
That's why J didn't deny anything and told you the truth, I knew I was wrong and I was and am willing to
face the consequences. I want to do whatever I have to for you to make it right. You know what? I sure am
happy now that your in my life. I haven't been happy for months. Are you happy?l hope so. Let me know. I
will see you in a couple of days. I will be thinking ofyou the entire time, hoping that you are smiling when
you think of me. Tell K.G. hello for me. 011, by the way did I mention that I love you? Just in case I didn't 1

mba! If
are so flnnly planted on the ground? Now, it
doesn't rea Iy matter. Your foundations are shaking and quaking,
and you'll need to be quick about figuring out a plan to maintain
your stability. It's not nearly as bad as it might sound, for you are
quite excited about the possibilities. Your biggest obstacle may be
your own fear of the unknown. You like the stability and now
you're going to have to learn how to get by with less of It. Focus
on the exhilaration and not the fear.
